We pride ourselves on our fast turn around times! All Ectogasm orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you chose free shipping, your order will be sent via USPS standard shipping, which usually takes around 2-5 days domestically and 1-2 weeks internationally. This is an estimate, as USPS often becomes busy around holidays.

Yes, we do commissions when our designer is available. Please contact us with your inquiry and include the project type and your budget.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet! If the tracking information shows delivered, please allow 24 hours for it to arrive. Packages can show as delivered even though they are still in transit.

Please also make sure to check with household members and neighbors, who may have recieved your package by mistake.
